Dale Ray brought 30 years of commercial real estate experience to Avison Young. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Principal with Peloton Commercial Real Estate in Dallas. Before moving to Peloton in 2008, he served as a Managing Director with Jones Lang LaSalle (2003 to 2008) and Senior Vice-President with Cousins Property (1997 to 2003), and held leadership roles with Faison and Vantage (1988 to 1997). His notable achievements include being consistently named a Heavy Hitter by the Dallas Business Journal and Power Broker by DCEO magazine. He was a recipient of the DCEO Deal of the Year Award in 2013 for completing a 196,808-sf lease with Conifer on behalf of Duke Realty Corporation. Active in his community, Ray has served on various committees at the Prestonwood Christian Academy and as a volunteer leader at Prestonwood Sports Organization. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from Appalachian State University.
