Dale Richardson, a seasoned real estate broker, joined Prudential California Realty, Commercial Division in January, 2013 which became Berkshire Hathaway California Properties in September, 2014. Richardson has 23+ years of real estate experience in commercial leasing, sales, facilities management and construction management.
Prior to joining Prudential, Richardson sold leased and sold commercial office space with Ashwill-Burke, was Vice President, Office Properties group for Rubloff, Inc., San Francisco, a Broker-Associate with KW Commercial, and managed Specialized Investment Sales experience to, site acquisitions, and pre-leasing for new building sites for Wiseman & Sheldon.
He also has sales experience with three other Fortune 100’s: Shell Oil, Johnson & Johnson and AT & T.
