Dale Strauss is the President and Owner of both Strauss Realty, Ltd., a leading commercial brokerage firm in the Chicagoland area, and Strauss Realty & Management LLC, one of Chicago’s premier property management firms. Dale’s companies specialize in the sale, exchange, leasing, and management of commercial investment properties throughout the greater Chicagoland area.
With over 35 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, Dale has represented a wide range of clients, including private owners, lenders, attorneys, institutions, and corporations. His sales expertise, combined with his background in construction, allows him to accurately assess property values and skillfully manage marketing and negotiations for all types of transactions.
Dale remains focused on driving the company’s vision forward, keeping it at the forefront of Chicago’s commercial real estate industry. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, CoStar, LoopNet, and the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois.
