Dalia Monasebian has over 10 years of experience in entrepreneurship, business development and real estate transactions. She has been a partner at Envision since its inception in 2012, and a principal and investor for over 10 years. She is instrumental in structuring acquisitions and procuring debt and equity, with a track record of over $60 million in office, industrial, retail, and flex space for the firm.
Dalia oversees the acquisition and management of assets in Envision’s portfolio as well as many of Envision’s capital relationships. Dalia also holds a New York State real estate license.
