TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Dallas Margeson is active in all aspects of land development with a focus on sales and acquisitions, as well as entry and exit strategies. His experience ranges from single-family development valuation and sales, to acre pad sites. Dallas teams with Principal Lester Day in Transwestern’s Fort Worth office.

EDUCATION
Dallas received a bachelor of science degree in economics from Texas Christian University, with minors in finance and energy management. He is currently working towards earning his Private Pilot license.
