As Managing Partner of 37th Parallel, Dan oversees acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management. Since joining 37th Parallel in 2008, Dan has made significant contributions to the capabilities, quality, and service level of almost every aspect of the company. Combined he has driven the acquisition, asset management and disposition of $1 Billion+ of multifamily properties across seven MSAs in three states. Prior to 37th Parallel, Dan worked as Director of Solutions Analysis and Quality Assurance for an industry-leading Loyalty Technology Company from January 2003 until September 2009. Prior to his time there, Dan worked as a management consultant for regional firms and global professional services firm Arthur Andersen. Dan graduated from Bucknell University with a B.S. in Engineering.
