Bio
Mr. De Leon is responsible for building the company’s portfolio by identifying and underwriting potential investments while coordinating the acquisitions from offer through closing. Dan then facilitates the structuring of investment entities, equity offerings, and loans to meet the legal and financial requirements of the business plan and investors. Additionally, he performs property and portfolio level analysis to aid in disposition decisions and quarterbacks the disposition process.
Since 2007 he has focused his efforts on the analytics and operations of commercial real estate. Previously with Coldwell Banker Commercial BLAIR WESTMAC and Blair Commercial Management, Mr. De Leon’s focus was on the operational management strategic growth initiatives of the brokerage and property management companies.
During his tenure with CBC and BCM he had facilitated the implementation of multiple industry leading practices and technologies to improve the services offered to the companies’ clients and brokers. Mr. De Leon earned a B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Long Beach, and is a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and received a Certificate of Advanced Study in Commercial Real Estate Development from NAIOP. He also holds a California real estate license.
