Dan P. Dilmanian is the Chief Operating Officer at Namdar Realty Group, where he leads joint-venture redevelopment initiatives and oversees office asset management across a multi-state portfolio. He has directed major projects, including a five-year modernization plan for Cleveland’s 200 Public Square and a redevelopment pipeline spanning 17 states. Prior to joining Namdar, Dilmanian spent nearly 25 years at George Comfort & Sons, managing commercial properties valued at over $2?billion and coordinating $4?billion in financing transactions. He earned his degree from the University at Albany, SUNY, and continues to drive strategic growth in real estate development and asset management.
