Dan Hubbard is a Senior Vice President with more than two decades of experience navigating complex leasing and investment decisions across multiple market cycles. Based in Las Vegas, he advises institutional owners, developers, and private investors on strategy, positioning, and execution for retail and mixed-use assets.
Dan’s work is defined by disciplined judgment and long-term thinking. He approaches each assignment as a strategic partnership, aligning landlord and tenant objectives to create durable outcomes rather than short-term wins. His experience spans neighborhood centers, power centers, and lifestyle projects, with a consistent focus on credit-worthy tenancy, thoughtful merchandising, and value preservation.
