Dan Hunt serves as a founding partner and broker at Lennard Commercial Realty, spearheading its growth and development initiatives. In 1995, he initiated a company reorganization, culminating in the acquisition of its Toronto office and leading to Lennard’s growth from a single office with 6 employees to the largest independent commercial brokerage in Canada with 6 offices and 185+ employees. He specializes in owner-managed entrepreneurial ventures, and has been one of Lennard's top-three producing salespeople for 19 of the last 20 years, topping that chart most recently in 2023. Before joining Lennard, Dan was Leasing Manager at Oxford Development Group, overseeing the leasing programs for their downtown properties.
