Bio
Dan primarily oversees capital markets activities and corporate operations, as well as being one of three seats approving all new acquisitions. Since 2012, Dan has been instrumental in institutionalizing PMG’s development platform and team structure to scale operations for managing an approximately $7B pipeline of new construction residential assets.
Dan began his career in the investment banking division of JPMorgan working on large structured financings for institutional clients. While there, Dan executed many take-privates of public retail, office, multifamily, lodging and gaming companies. Following JPMorgan, Dan worked at Lehman Brothers post-bankruptcy on behalf of Alvarez and Marsal, largely responsible for restructuring and working out a portfolio of distressed debt and equity investments across real estate product types.
