Bio
Dan is responsible for the nationwide acquisition, development, and leasing of company industrial projects. Since joining InSite in 2005, he has been directly involved in over 10MM square feet of industrial transactions, some of which have included quickly turning distressed real estate assets into profit centers. As an Executive Director, Dan has been successful in forming partnerships with real estate developers nationally, and throughout the world, to assist foreign companies in expanding their global footprint on a build-to-suit basis. To help landowners maximize the value of their properties, he develops joint ventures and works with them to create master plans while also providing project capital for their industrial build-to-suit projects. A graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Economics and Finance.
