A Black Hills native and U.S. Army veteran, Dan returned to Rapid City after serving as a combat medic and built his career serving the local business owners, investors, and developers who make up the western South Dakota commercial market. He specializes in industrial and flex space leasing, commercial property sales, land transactions, tenant representation, and development projects throughout the Black Hills region, including Rapid City, Box Elder, Spearfish, and Sturgis.
Dan's primary focus is small bay and flex industrial properties, leased to contractors, service businesses, and small industrial users.
