Bio
Dan McGowan specializes in strategic real estate consulting and tenant representation for local and national clients. He has distinguished himself through innovative and value-added strategies for his clients on a local and national level. His responsibilities include marketing, portfolio management, strategy implementation, financial analysis and lease negotiations. Dan is the Brokerage Lead for the Denver office and a member of the Americas Brokerage Leadership Council.
Dan studied Political science at the University of Alabama. He is a member of the Denver EDC Board of Governors, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS®. He is also a past participiant of the Downtown Denver Partnership Emerging Leaders program. In his free time, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, fly fishing and golf.
