Dan Morris serves as Senior Commercial Sales Executive at Stewart Title, bringing over a decade of expertise in commercial real estate to one of the industry’s most trusted names in title and escrow services. His extensive background spans industrial, office, self-storage, and land transactions across Dallas-Fort Worth and the greater Texas market.
Prior to joining Stewart Title, Dan co-founded PMW Realty Partners, where he served as Senior Vice President and built a strong reputation as a leader in sales and leasing strategy. With a career totaling over $100 million in completed sales and lease transactions, he has a proven record of delivering results—especially in complex and high-stakes deals, including Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases for both creditors and debtors.
Dan is a former top producer at SVN Dunn Commercial, earning SVN International’s President’s Circle Award and being named among the Top 100 Advisors globally. His commitment to excellence was recognized with multiple top producer and achiever awards, as well as designation as an SVN Certified Industrial Specialist.
Known for his tenacious, no-nonsense approach, Dan combines personalized service with in-depth market knowledge and strategic insight. His previous experience owning a heavy equipment sales and leasing company and spending eight years as a commercial real estate developer gives him a unique edge. His knowledge in construction, valuation, and navigating regulatory landscapes sets him apart in delivering consultative value well beyond the average.
Dan holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Information Technology and Business Administration from Northwood University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He began his professional career at Halliburton Industries as a network systems analyst.
A proud resident of Southlake, Texas, Dan is a devoted father of two, an avid scuba diver, fisherman, and hunter, and an active philanthropist with Dallas Children’s Charities since 2011. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
