Daniel Provencio is a Managing Director with Andersen, and is based in the Los Angeles, California office. Serving clients both domestically and internationally, he has provided real estate services to law firms, corporations, residential and commercial developers, family offices, owner-use property owners, financial lending institutions and governmental (federal, state, and city) entities for over twenty-five years. His industry experience includes litigation support, real estate development consulting, investment analysis, acquisition and disposition due diligence, special studies and condemnation. Prior experience includes the western regional managing Partner/Principal for a Big 4 real estate consulting and valuation practice, plus income tax planning and tax compliance for real estate partnerships/syndications with a Big 4 accounting firm.
