Bio
Dan attended Texas A&M University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science in 2004 and completing a Master's degree program in Land Economics and Real Estate from the Lowry Mays College of Business in 2007. Upon completing his education, he spent his first two years in the real estate industry at the same industrial brokerage & development firm that had provided his graduate internship. After learning the basics of commercial brokerage, Dan returned to the family business in 2008. In 2013 Dan became a designee of the CCIM Institute, and obtained his Texas Real Estate Broker's license in 2014. He is focused on representing clients in all aspects of commercial real estate, especially in the North Houston & InterContinental/IAH submarkets. Dan also volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America and has served as the President of the Interbelt North Business Center Property Owners' Association since 2012 and Treasurer of the Oak Lake Pointe Homeowners' Association since 2016. He lives in Northwest Houston near Jersey Village with his wife, Carolyn, and their son. They enjoy anything that involves friends, family, and/or spending time together outdoors.
