Daniel joined RIPCO in 2014, working alongside Tenants & Landlords the leasing process. Daniel has finalized deals with noteworthy retailers. In December of 2020 Daniel sold a 30,000 SF former A&P Supermarket in Clinton, NJ to a prominent residential developer, who is currently constructing a 120-unit luxury apartment development. The project is one of the largest in the township's history. Daniel was also retained to lease the redevelopment of a former Pathmark anchored center in Fair Lawn, NJ. Daniel has since negotiated & executed leases with ShopRite (Inserra Supermarkets), Trinity Physical Therapy, Dr. Dental, & AT&T.
Daniel’s exclusive Landlord representation includes local and regional private owners, as well as a number of publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). He has exclusively represented shopping centers owned by Kimco Realty Corp (NYSE: KIM), Urban Edge Properties (NYSE: UE), & Equity One, Inc., which was acquired by Regency Centers (NASDAQ: REG) in 2017.
