Dan Zoch serves as President and Chief Investment Officer of Carson Companies. Based in Houston, he oversees the company’s new investments, including acquisitions, development, and build-to-suit projects, and works with regional teams to identify and execute investment opportunities. He also oversees the Houston portfolio, including acquisitions, leasing, and development activities. Mr. Zoch has led or executed more than 7 million square feet of Class A industrial development projects with an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion.
Prior to joining Carson Companies in 2007, Dan Zoch worked as an industrial real estate broker with Boyd Commercial in Houston. He has been credited with helping grow the company’s Houston industrial portfolio and has remained active in industry organizations including the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and NAIOP.
