Bio
Dana Miarmi is a Vice President of Project Management and serves as the group’s National Industrial Lead. In this role, she focuses on developing and maintaining client relationships, business strategy, project management solutions, and sharing best practices across the firm’s manufacturing, aviation, defense, and pharmaceutical accounts. Miarmi is also a national expert in cold storage, food and beverage, 3PL logistics, and distribution centers.
She brings more than 20 years of architectural development and interior design experience to her work, including a 700,000-square-foot ground-up cold warehouse for City Harvest and a 500,000-square-foot next-generation aircraft manufacturing facility for Gulfstream. Before joining Newmark, Miarmi was a Senior Vice President with JLL Project & Development Services, serving as the firm’s National Industrial Lead after previously running its East Coast and Northeast Industrial regions. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Mancini Duffy, SAA Interiors + Architecture, and Gensler, where she led ground-up aerospace, defense, and aviation projects for clients including Delta and JetBlue.
