Daniel Bahr was raised in Los Angeles and graduated from University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. He started his Real Estate career in 2005 with RE/Max Commercial Brokerage where he won the Rookie of The Year Award. In 2009 Daniel Bahr and Peter Hercz founded CORE Commercial Real Estate, Inc. His strengths include the ability to analyze investment properties and identify added value real estate opportunities.
