Bio
Daniel Becker joined SRS in 2021 as an Analyst. During that time, he underwrote more than 350 individual deals totaling $1B+ in transaction volume. He has experience underwriting and transacting on both single- and multi-tenant assets. Now a Senior Associate, Daniel works on SRS’ Florida team with Patrick Nutt and William Wamble, who transacted more than 100 deals in the past year. Daniel specializes in both buyer and seller representation on assets located in the Southeast. Prior to joining SRS, Daniel was a financial analyst intern with JLL, where he assisted the capital markets department in building financial models and worked with the tenant representation team in site selection activities.
