Daniel Birnbaum began his career in real estate after presenting to a business owner raw market data with a colorful presentation. It was with creative approach that Daniel recruited his first commercial-leasing client. Since then he has worked on numerous commercial deals and now uses his background in leasing to help in identifying unique investment sales opportunities.
With a degree in Philosophy from the University of Miami, it’s no surprise that Daniel always welcomes new approaches and fresh challenges. Daniel currently resides in Greenpoint Brooklyn where he manages a multi-family townhouse. When he’s out of the office, he’s either in the kitchen cooking or in the Hudson Valley mountain-biking.
