As General Manager – Queensland for Goodman Group, Daniel is responsible for the overall operations of Goodman’s stabilized investment development and property services division in Queensland. The Queensland portfolio includes a $1 billion development pipeline and $2 billion of industrial assets. Key customers include Amazon, Coles, Woolworths, Australian Post, FedEx, AMart, Iron Mountain, DB Schenker, Silk Contract Logistics, and Chep.
Daniel’s role involves setting strategy to maximize asset performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working closely with the operations, capital transactions, valuation, development, marketing, legal and finance teams.
