Daniel Brunow has over 15 years of experience in the valuation of commercial and industrial real estate for financial reporting, tax reporting, insurance, and internal planning purposes, particularly in the valuation of multi-location portfolios and lease analyses. Mr. Brunow values various types and property interests on both a national and international level and he has valued real property in all major markets throughout the United States, as well as many markets throughout Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia and parts of Asia. Specializing in the valuation of user-based, industrial real property, Mr. Brunow has significant experience with paper mills, printing and publishing facilities, food processing plants and breweries, chemical facilities, telecommunications, and oil terminals. Additionally, he has experience in valuing retail and various commercial sectors including gas stations, fast food, supermarkets, fitness centers, funeral homes, offices, schools, hospitals and more.
Mr. Brunow received his bachelor of business administration degree, double majoring in economics and real estate and urban land economics, from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He is a Practicing Affiliate Member of the Appraisal Institute.
