Bio
Daniel is a CCIM member, and the Vice President with eXp Commercial's Site Selection Group, Capital Markets Group and Industrial Group. With over ten years of experience in commercial real estate, his work includes the sale and purchase of income-producing properties, value-added properties, owner-occupied properties and asset management and business acquisitions for local, national, and international investors. Daniel has facilitated the marketing and leasing of retail spaces and warehouses. Daniel has in-depth experience aiding companies in the factory’s site selection, acquisition of businesses and purchase of office, land and warehouse space while providing guidance in the procurement of government incentives. Daniel has transacted over millions of square feet of warehouses, hundred thousand sf of retail assets, hundred acres of land, and numerous office spaces over a hundred thousand square feet.
Daniel graduated from Duke University with his PhD and is currently the Board Chair Person of the North Carolina Chinese Business Association (NCCBA), where he was President from 2016-2020. During his tenure he has actively worked to build a strong relationship between the business owners and investors by promoting local investment opportunities and organizing workshops for business prospects in a wide range of fields. Daniel has been a member of the CCIM and Triangle Real Estate Investor Association (TREIA).
