Daniel Connolly was born into a business-oriented family, working in the family businesses from a very young age. Gaining valuable insights into the distinctions that created success in the family’s retail & restaurant businesses. It was no surprise that he found himself purchasing his first business in his early 20s. This initial venture was in the food industry, where he successfully ran the business for a few years before selling it. Following this, Daniel transitioned into the transport and earthmoving industry. Over the years, this business morphed into a heavy engineering enterprise, tackling multi-discipline tasks and designing innovative solutions for many large organizations. The theme throughout was solving issues that client faced by designing and manufacturing solutions.
After dedicating around 20 years to the engineering business, Daniel felt it was time for a change. This led him into the field of property development, where he purchased sites in Newcastle and completed multi-unit / multi storey developments, both as a builder/developer and as a developer.
