Mr. Flynn is a Director in JLL’s Raleigh-Durham office and focuses primarily on office and life science investment sales transactions throughout the Carolinas. Mr. Flynn joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition in 2019, and has been a part of more than $4 billion of real estate transactions over the course of his career.
Prior to HFF, Daniel was an Analyst at a multi-national real estate services firm, where he specialized in office sales and leasing opportunities throughout North Carolina.
