Dan is a Founding Partner of Stonehill Partners. He has over 15 years experience in the commercial property market, most recently as Head of Industrial Investment at Deloitte Real Estate. He has worked in both the niche and corporate environment over his career starting as an industrial leasing agent at JLL and in the investment team at Drivers Jonas. Dan is an expert in the industrial and logistics sector having been involved in some of the most high profile transactions in the sector during this cycle. He specialises in land acquisition, development funding, investment acquisitions and sales, portfolios and corporate advisory. Clients include a range of institutional funds, property companies, developers, family trusts and private individuals.
