During Dan’s fifteen years in commercial real estate, he has transacted on more than 5.0 million square feet.
In the middle of 2019 and after thirteen years of focusing on office properties, Dan decided to undertake what was, at that time, a niche focus in an underserved and underdeveloped asset class, Life Sciences. Now, 3 years later, Dan is the practice lead for the sector in the GTA and exclusively spends his time educating and working with life science tenants in search of growth space, universities interested in commercializing their programming as well as real estate investors/developers looking to enter a complex and relatively unknown asset class.
Throughout Dan’s career he has prided himself on putting client needs at the forefront of his process and understands the importance of educating before transacting. He holds a great reputation with all aspects of the real estate community and his passionate client first approach is evident in all his interactions. Dan is inspired each day by the opportunity to further develop an asset class in the GTA and help his clients facilitate their research and technologies that we all hope will one day change the world for the better.
