Bio
Mr. Neiss joined Meridian in 2013 and currently serves as a Vice President in the company’s New York City headquarters. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and negotiating real estate transactions on behalf of real estate owners and developers for an array of property types including multifamily, office, and retail throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Neiss worked at Morgan Stanley in the Equity Derivatives Product Control Group.
To date, Mr. Neiss has negotiated, coordinated, underwritten and closed over 700 transactions in excess of $2.5 billion in commercial real estate financing across the United States.
