Danny Reaume has nearly 15 years of experience in the industrial real estate sector, specializing in leasing, acquisitions, and supply chain network strategy.
Prior to joining Global Mutual, he was a Senior Managing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL), where he advised national corporate occupiers across major U.S. gateway markets and led agency leasing assignments throughout Southern California on behalf of major institutional owners.
Throughout his career, Danny has executed more than $1 billion in lease and sale transactions across the country’s premier logistics corridors. His deep understanding of supply chain dynamics and market fundamentals enables him to identify and create value in industrial assets aligned with the evolving needs of modern distribution networks.
