Dan Renz is a Senior Director with JLL’s Bay Area Capital Markets focusing on investment sales and joint venture equity raises in Silicon Valley and San Francisco’s Peninsula markets. Dan specializes in office, R&D and life sciences assets across the region. Since January 2014, Dan has been directly involved in closing more than $7.8 billion in transactions across Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Peninsula.
Dan joined JLL’s San Francisco Agency Leasing & Tenant Rep Group in February 2010 and in September 2011 transitioned to JLL’s Capital Markets Group with a focus on office investment sales in San Francisco, Marin and the East Bay.
