Daniel specializes in the Industrial sector of Commercial Real Estate in the Capital District, Hudson Valley, and across Upstate New York. This includes both sales and leasing (landlord and tenant representation) along with investment and redevelopment of parcels. Client requirements range in size from 10,000 square feet and include transactions in excess of 1,000,000 square feet. Daniel has developed relationships with national brokers including; Colliers, Jones Lang & LaSalle, Nermark Knight & Frank, Lee & Associates. He has worked with over a dozen publicly traded companies over the last 10 years.
Background & Experience
Daniel possesses more than 25 years experience, across multiple disciplines within the commercial real estate industry. Prior to entering into the commercial real estate field, Daniel developed, managed and owned retail gasoline and convenience store sites in New York’s capital region. He also has several years experience as a licensed agent in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry. Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge and deep understanding to the process of acquisition and development of industrial and regional distribution centers in the New England area. In addition to his extensive background in accurate site analysis and selection, he has become known for his integral role in some of the area’s largest industrial transactions.
Daniel obtained his SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation in 2016 – a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry.
