Bio
Daniel Wrublin founded Dalan Real Estate in Manhattan in 2003. Daniel grew the company to its current portfolio with a market capitalization of over $2.5 Billion consisting of more than 3,000 apartments and 200 commercial units spread across approximately four million square feet of real estate in New York, New Jersey, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Texas and California. He later went on to found SKW Funding (now Dalan Credit), a special situations real estate debt platform. In 2008, Daniel was named one of Real Estate New York's top 30 Under 30 rising stars in the industry and in 2012 he was inducted as a member of YPO. Daniel received his bachelor of arts degree from Duke University where he is an active member of the alumni community including establishing the Wrublin Family Scholarship Fund in 2016 and currently serves on the Duke Financial Economics Steering Committee (DFESC).
