Bio
Danielle Hanna was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley and entered the field of real estate in 2012 during her undergraduate studies at California State University, Northridge. She graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and a Minor designation in Biology.
Ms. Hanna began her commercial and industrial real estate career as a property manager for a commercial real estate investor in Encino. In addition to identifying new investment opportunities, marketing vacancies and securing tenants, she managed the ongoing maintenance, tenant relationships and reporting associated with managing the Los Angeles properties. Subsequently, Danielle went on to work as a commercial real estate agent specializing in commercial and industrial real estate sales and leasing in the San Fernando and Conejo Valleys.
Danielle joined Tamarack Real Estate Services in Sherman Oaks, California in 2018 as an Operations Manager and proceeded to specialize in Tenant Representation.
Danielle Hanna joins Eve Capital in 2026 with experience representing both investors and users of real estate in Greater Los Angeles.
Multifamily investments are a key area of focus for Danielle. She partners closely with owners and investors to help them make confident decisions to impact cash flow, risk, and overall portfolio performance.
Having also worked with both landlords and tenants across office, retail, and industrial properties, Danielle offers a well-rounded perspective on how different asset classes behave in changing market. From underwriting investments to structuring leases, she helps clients see not just how a deal looks today, but how it will perform over time.
In her free time, Danielle enjoys hiking and volunteering. She is a member of the Sponsorship and Development Committees of a number of nonprofit organizations including Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network – Los Angeles chapter.
