With over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, Danielle Peterson is responsible for Lincoln Property Company’s Northern California Property Management division. She leads the regional Portfolio Managers who oversee multiple on-site and off-site teams that support Lincoln’s broad Northern California management portfolio. Danielle provides oversight for over 20 management professionals who support over 30 assets, including office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, and life science projects throughout the Bay Area. She works closely with each team to ensure Lincoln provides superior client relations and helps clients achieve their goals.
Prior to Lincoln, Danielle oversaw a 7 million sq. ft. Bay Area portfolio. She also served as a Portfolio Manager for Cushman & Wakefield, managing portfolio teams throughout the Bay Area, including prestigious assets such as the Transamerica Pyramid. Her depth of local knowledge, diverse experience, and client-focused solutions are critical for Lincoln’s continued growth and success across the region.
