Danny Duffoo's passion, persistence and headstrong approach to navigating the North Brooklyn market are among the reasons why his real estate clients wouldn't want to work with anyone else. Danny has a hungry knowledge for the business, and a thirst for learning everything he possibly can about the ever-changing market so he can best educate his buyers and sellers.
"The day you think you know everything about real estate is the day you should retire from the industry," he says. "Real estate is like science; it is always evolving, and I love soaking up as much information as I can." Danny also is expert at reading his clients. He asks as many questions as possible upfront to truly understand their needs, and to be an honest, supportive resource in achieving their unique goals.
With his extensive expertise in North Brooklyn and the surrounding areas, Danny has helped countless clients find and sell homes, done several commercial investment sales (i.e. sold a $3.7M development site his first year - The Atlantic Stamp Building) , plus represents numerous Brooklyn landlords as a leasing broker. A Brooklyn native who got into real estate straightaway after college, he has been as content in his work as his clients have been with his service all these years.
When not busy showing properties, Danny enjoys watching football & basketball, stand-up comedy and spending time with family; but his favorite hobby is also his full-time career – real estate.
