Mr. Gowell joined Colliers International in 2015 as a Senior Associate in the Office Tenant Representation Group, where he focuses on business development, lease negotiations and transaction management. He began his career with Axis Tenant Advisors, and then joined CBRE representing office tenants across a wide variety of industries in their space acquisitions and dispositions throughout Houston.
Leveraging his experience, Darren successfully negotiates for his clients in all phases of the office leasing process. He was chosen for his people skills, industry experience, market knowledge, and exceptional ability to bring the right opportunities to our clients.
Mr. Gowell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas and pursued Spanish Studies at the Wayra Institute in Tamarando, Costa Rica in 2001.
