Darren successfully negotiated $55,000,000 of commercial real estate transactions since 2003. Darren was promoted to Partner in 2006 and joined six other partner/owners at Compass. He was recently honored with the prestigious 40 Under 40 award for outstanding achievements in business and charitable giving. His client-focused approach is the result of professional management training and real-world sales experience. He prides himself on honesty, integrity, teamwork & a strong work ethic. Darren challenges himself to look for better ways to maximize value, enhance efficiency and increase profits for his clients. Investment sales and leasing are his areas of expertise throughout Central Oregon. Darren started his first company at the age of 19 when he founded a philanthropic concert production company. After earning his BS in Business from the University of Colorado, Darren was recruited to downtown San Francisco to join an international software company where he was quickly promoted and eventually managed a team of 17 sales people. In this executive position, Darren negotiated multi-million dollar deals with corporations such as Barclays Global Investors, Boeing, Visa and Wells Fargo. Following this successful venture and prior to moving to Bend, Darren and his wife spent seven months circumnavigating the globe studying international affairs and having fun. Darren is very active in community improvement programs. He volunteers time as a board member of the Bethlehem Inn homeless shelter, the Chairman of the Economic Development of Central Oregon (EDCO) membership committee, a Rotarian and with various other philanthropic organizations.
