David Black, AACI, P.App, is an integral part of the National Investment Valuation group, which is responsible for valuation assignments of major institutional grade assets (primarily retail and office assets) across the country. On an annual basis, this group values in excess of $10 billion in commercial real estate for various Canadian and international clients.
David graduated from the Queen’s School of Business in 2006 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours). Passing the Canadian Securities Course in 2007, David completed the Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation through the Sauder School of Business at UBC in 2010 and was awarded his AACI designation by the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2013.
