David had a successful career as one of New York’s Finest, retiring as a Sergeant in 2002 after responding to the 9/11 World Trade Center tragedy and losing his partner.
David then directed his focus and energy fully into real estate. He implemented technology systems, created websites that enhanced the selling and buying process that built trust, confidence, and positive results for their clients. This technology continues to evolve with Keller Williams® Realty with the goal of delivering the best consumer experience.
With his passion for real estate and his 2 decades of law enforcement, David soon realized the need to teach real estate professionals how to protect themselves while showing properties. David also co-authored a safety book named, “Safe Selling: A Practical Guide for Preventing Crime without Sacrificing the Sale,” which helps agents and their clients.
David was the 2021 NYS Association of REALTORS® (NYSAR) President, the 2017 Long Island Board of REALTORS® President, and their REALTOR® of the Year in 2014. David has been a NAR Director from 2013 to 2022 and an NYSAR Director since 2012.
