Dave is a Director at FGB, with 35 years experience in the Scottish commercial property market, having worked in Aberdeen, Glasgow and Inverness - he worked for FGB between 1999 and 2018 and rejoined in 2025 following 7 years of senior roles in the public sector.
Dave has provided agency, consultancy and valuation advice to a wide range of clients over the years - including acquisitions and disposals for developers, investors and occupiers - specialising in the investment market. Dave is also a RICS Registered Valuer.
Outside of work, Dave is a family man, married to Hayley with two sons, Lachie and Hamish - he loves the great outdoors and sport, in particular football, golf and skiiing - a perfect day would be spent with family and friends on a Hebridean beach, scallops and black pudding on the BBQ and a cooler full of refreshments.
