Dave joined Colliers Keenan in 2007 as an Industrial Specialist. Dave is part of a two-person team, and brings with him the experience and assistance of a 25-year real estate veteran. Since becoming a member of the Industrial team in Columbia, Dave has been involved in several successful transactions throughout the Midlands region. Always a team player, Dave’s contributions to Colliers and to his client’s success continue to accumulate.

While serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom IV, Mr. Mathews was awarded the Bronze Star Medal, the Iraqi Campaign Medal and the Combat Action Badge.
Upon graduation from Furman University, Dave joined the United States Army. During his active duty service, Dave held numerous positions of responsibility. He left active duty service with the rank of Captain and currently serves at that rank in the South Carolina National Guard.
