Dave Mayfield is the Managing Director/ Project Management | Americas for Colliers Corporate Solutions, and is responsible for the oversight and/or execution of Project Management assignments in the US and globally for multi-market clients. Dave is best known for his ability to manage complex projects and to successfully complete problem-ridden projects.
Prior to joining Colliers International in 2009, Dave was Corporate Director of Project Management at GVA Advantis from 2002 to 2009. There he directed the delivery of project management and strategic advisory services to clients of both corporate services and law firm tenant advisory teams within GVA Advantis. He headed the GVA Worldwide Project Management Task Force which was established to develop strategic PM partnerships throughout the US and to support the delivery of GVA’s Corporate Services nationally and globally.
In 1990, Dave founded his own PM firm, Mayfield CONSULTING, providing both project management and strategic advisory services to Fortune 500 corporations, law firms, and institutional clients in Texas. A licensed architect by degree and registration, his career includes:
