A Real Estate Broker for the past 34 years, Dave has comprehensive experience inbrokerage, investment and redevelopment business as a principal and agent, with focus on the retail and investment property resale market. His career has spanned a broad spectrum of property and portfolio management including refurbishing bank-owned properties, buying, selling, renting, new construction, residential and commercial sales and leasing, Short Sales, and extensive REO work. Dave’s passion is bringing people together and making deals happen.
