Since 1996, Dave has specialized in the representation of corporate tenants in need of office, R&D, and industrial facilities in the mid Peninsula and greater Silicon Valley. He joined Wayne Mascia Associates in 2000, and was consistently a top performer.
Dave has completed over 250 commercial real estate transactions amounting to over 5 million square feet, with a total transaction value in excess of $200,000,000. The vast majority of Dave’s transactions consist of repeat business, as his primary focus has been to build long lasting relationships with his clients and business associates.
