David Vitali has been actively involved in Retail Commercial Real Estate specializing in both Landlord and Tenant Representation over the past 11 years.
Dave more recently helped develop and lease a 73,000 SF shopping center in Suburban Philadelphia. He also actively represents Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers in the Philadelphia Metro market.
Dave is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Economics.
He’s also an active member of ICSC and licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Prior to entering the Commercial Real Estate industry, Dave owned and operated a retail lighting and home furnishings store on the Main Line of Philadelphia, and brings his own experiences to bear with his retail clients.
