Profile:
Mr. Ahl joined the Galesi Group as Director of Development and Marketing and in 2011 was promoted to oversee all of the Galesi Group’s Industrial Parks. David is responsible for real-estate leasing, development and operations within Galesi’s 9 million square feet industrial portfolio. David is also responsible for creating and implementing the Galesi Group's marketing and promotional strategies. While at the Galesi Group, David has developed and leased facilities to a companies within the aerospace, materials processing, light assembly, logistics, and office industries. He has also initiated a sustainable development program to install renewable energy equipment at the Galesi Group’s industrial facilities.
Prior Experience:
Prior to joining the Galesi Group, Mr. Ahl served as Deputy Commissioner of the Empire State Development Corporation with direct oversight of the Regional Office and Small Business Divisions. While at Empire State Development David spearheaded a number of high profile economic development projects resulting in the creation and retention of nearly 3,000 jobs for New Yorkers which represented private sector investment in excess of $1 billion.
