Bio
David J. Ahn is the President, CEO, and Founder of CRE Companies, a commercial real estate firm operating in the Los Angeles and San Diego markets. He founded the company in 2015 to provide commercial real estate brokerage, property management, and consulting services across property types including Industrial, Office, Retail, Flex, and Multi-Family.
Prior to founding CRE Companies, Ahn served as Vice President and Senior Asset Manager at MUFG Union Bank, N.A. The Private Bank in Los Angeles, where he functioned as a Real Estate Officer for the bank's Trust and Estate Services division covering southern California. Before that role, he served as Vice President of Asset Services at MEI Real Estate Services from 2007 to 2013, where he led property management and consulting services. Earlier in his career, he held positions as a Real Estate Broker at Corealty Investments and as a Property Manager at Jamison Services, Inc., both in Los Angeles.
